Chambers Ireland welcomes the announcement of funding to accelerate Ireland’s transition to a circular economy.

Speaking today (4 June) Chief Executive Ian Talbot stated:  “We particularly welcome this investment as it demonstrates a clear commitment to supporting the circular economy as a national priority. This will help communities and businesses to innovate, reduce waste and build a more resource-efficient future.

A thriving circular economy is essential not only for environmental protection but also for enhancing competitiveness and supporting our long-term economic resilience. Companies want to engage with the Sustainable Development Goals. It’s encouraging to see continued support for initiatives that will help them adapt and lead in the transition adopt sustainable practices.”
