She Leads is an annual half-day conference for women in corporate leadership and management, brought to you by five Chambers of Commerce across the M1 Corridor.

Now in its second year, it brings together senior leaders from both sides of the border to explore the theme Leadership in the AI Era – how AI and women are shaping economies through technology, innovation and cross-border collaboration.

This year’s event includes a keynote address, panel discussions, afternoon tea, networking, and a charity auction and raffle in aid of Women’s Aid and Refuge services across the Chamber areas.

Across our keynote and panel discussions, we will hear from leaders who are navigating the AI era on their own terms – not as a story about technology, but as a story about leadership, strategy and the cross-border opportunity that comes with being at the intersection of two economies.

From audit rooms to Stormont, from the bakery to the boardroom — AI is already reshaping how we all work. This panel brings together three leaders navigating that change from very different vantage points.  Across professional services, policy and business ownership, our panellists are seeing AI transform how work gets done — how decisions are made, how reporting is evolving, how public services are being reshaped, and how small businesses are finding smarter ways to compete. The tools are changing. The judgement, the leadership and the human behind the work still matter most.  Three different worlds. The same fundamental question — how do we make AI work for us, not the other way around?

3.10pm – Panel 2: Still You – Authentic leadership in the age of AI

Louise Keenan, Leadership Communication, Executive Presence and Business Influence Specialist

Lyndsey Kenny, Owner and Founder Pet Bliss

Barry James, Owner Blink Blue

Three leaders. Three very different paths. A leadership and communications specialist. An entrepreneur who went from pet shop to AI startup. A data and technology consultancy founder working at the cutting edge of the industry. And yes — one of our panellists is male, because authentic leadership in the age of AI is a conversation for everyone. Three very different journeys, one shared conviction — the most powerful thing you bring to the table is still you.
