Mind Over Matter

Leading Irish designers will donate their time in a unique fundraising initiative for Aware on Wednesday 10 October, National Day of Creativity and World Mental Health Day, and we invite you and your team to join us al here at Creative Spark. For one day only, local Dundalk businesses can consult with the best design talent available across a variety of disciplines including graphic design, interior design, illustrators, creative strategy, product designers and user experience designers (UX/UI).

This is a wonderful opportunity for SME’s to explore the value and potential impact that expert design can have on their business for a fraction of the cost at just €75 per person with all proceeds going to Aware. The event will take place at Creative Spark, Clontygora Drive, Muirhevnamor, Dundalk, from 9.00 am until 4.00 pm and booking is now open at http://www.idimindovermatter.ie

Creative Spark is offering a two part schedule for this event:


The morning will comprise of a series of workshops with designers focusing on positive mental attitudes, problem solving using design thinking, mindfulness, and healthy work environments. All participants will make an original design piece to take home.


We will share a healthy lunch with advice on how to eat well to support your mental health.


The afternoon will be dedicated to one-to-one consultations with designers of your choice. These can be booked via the website above or directly with Creative Spark.

Local designers taking part in the Dundalk event include: Killian Walsh, Marcus McCabe, Tonya Douglas, Grainne O’Neill, Barry Finnegan, Paul White, Peter Craven and David Henderson.
Businesses all over Ireland can avail of this opportunity as the national day of creativity will take place in Dublin, Belfast, Carlow, Cork, Limerick and Waterford.

The event is being supported by 200 designers from all over Ireland who are donating 1,500 hours with all funds raised being donated to AWARE.
