Dundalk Chamber host Webinar with World Class speaker Simon Hartley

In the third of its series of events on “In conversation with….” Dundalk Chamber hosted a very successful webinar with Simon Hartley, founder of “Be World Class”.

The webinar was delivered by Simon Hartley, founder of Be World Class, who has spent the last 25 years working with world class performers and teams. After the session he told us, “At the beginning of this pandemic, I challenged my clients to look for opportunities to emerge stronger. Recently, I’ve asked lots of business leaders what they would need in order to emerge from these challenges in pole position. Consistently, they tell me there are three things… They need a team that are Engaged, Resilient & Innovative”.

“Today, I shared some very simple, but powerful, approaches that world class leaders use when they’re emerging from extreme challenges. We looked at how great leaders engage their teams, build resilience and harness innovation”.

If anyone reading wants access to free resources, he has a digital programme called “Mental Toughness in Five Days” available for free via the website https://be-world-class.com/mental-toughness-in-five-days/

Speaking after the online event Simon commented “It was a real pleasure working with such a wonderful group of business leaders. The Dundalk Chamber of Commerce are providing valuable support for businesses during these tough times. I’m so pleased to have been involved”.
