Dundalk offers great value for money in property and there is a huge choice of homes in the local area.
In February 2008, the average price paid for a house in Dublin was €390,877 compared to just €315,524 in Louth (and the other commuter counties Meath, Kildare and Wicklow). That’s a whopping €75,353 saving! (Source: Permanent TSB / ESRI House Price Index February 2008)
