Domestic Staff at Marshes Shopping Centre clean up at London Awards

 

The Domestic Services Staff at the Marshes Shopping Centre attended the Golden Service Awards in the Royal Lancester Hotel, London and proudly took the runners up award.

 

The Golden Service Awards are the most prestigious events in the cleaning and support service industry.  Harry Traynor, manager of the Marshes Shopping Centre said "They are the Oscars of the cleaning industry".  Harry submitted an entry last June, from the initial audit it was felt that the standard at the Marshes was worthy of more than national consideration and were selected as finalists.  

Harry Traynor said "We are delighted with the runners-up award.  The Domestic Staff in the Marshes work tirelessly to ensure the highest standards are maintained.  This award is excellent recognition and encouragement for the staff and a prestigious opportunity for both the centre and contractor.  We are now looking forward to the ICCA awards in 2010"
