Pehaps the best way to get to Dundalk is by rail. The Enterprise service serving Dublin/Belfast always stops in Dundalk, and the journey takes as little as 50 minutes to either city. Other commuter trains operate in between the Enterprise journeys, stopping at minor stations along the way.
